The treatment room I was in is noisy with conversations from reception. Booking took 5 days to achieve…. Online said my card was invalid….. first attempt at phoning I was cut off immediately 5 times……. Second attempt it rang out 3 times, no answer. Eventually a call back to book but I had missed a 50% promotion!

This salon is the best in St Alban the staff are friendly ,and very good .I always enjoy my treatments and come out feeling relaxed and refreshed .

All the therapists at this venue are excellent and put you at ease immediately.The atmosphere is very calming and everyone is very attentive.

I was a little nervous being man with a disability that cannot cut his own nails. I needn't have worried, I cannot put into words how lovely and welcoming they all are. Leanne treats me and is very patient with me and I'm very pleased with the outcome every time. Amy was great in explaining what was available and what each product does, very knowledgeable. I think they are a bit pricey but having said that its not like I have not got much to go by as I've not exactly been to many beauty salons before! I would imagine that its like most things in life you get what you pay for
