A wonderful experience as always. Relaxing and calming atmosphere, professional and attentive staff who put you totally at ease and are very knowledgeable. So pleased with my cut from Neil and the advice about the best way to enhance my hair with some colour. All booked in for colour with Olivia next week and I can't wait. Overall a 10 out of 10
