I enjoyed every minute of having my hair done after all this time. Ellie was very thorough and meticulous and took huge care. She also was easy to talk to, and didn't force conversation. Her advice about how to have my hair done was spot on, and her hair washing techniques were great - strong and vigorous. BUT - the experience was spoiled a bit by being told the price was £3 more than it said online. A little thing I know, and I tried not to mind - but £3 for a paper mask - really?!!!

Firstly thank you for your kind works about Ellie. I would like to apologise about how you feel about the ppe but please allow me to explain the reason for this. The government stated that coming back to work we need to wash all our gowns and towels on sight and if we can not do this then provide all disposable. So the ppe charge is for the 2 disposable towels, gown and mask. I decided to do it this way and not increase our prices like most salons, so that once restrictions are lifted and we did not need to provide it anymore I could remove the ppe charge. I noticed you mentioned you booked through our online booking system, the £3 ppe charge was stated on there before you were able to book and by booking this way we presume you have excepted this. Again we are really sorry you feel disappointed, if you would like a future appointment then you can either contact us direct to see if this charge has been removed or our salon in Alcester does not have this charge due to the fact we are able to provide laundry for our towels and gowns on site.

Lovely salon, I really like the decor. I was not impressed with my haircut, as the shaping is not level and has not been blended well. I noticed this when I got home and had a chance to look properly. I have asked friends and they can see that the shaping is not level. The girl cutting my hair was really nice and friendly but, sadly has not done a good job with the shaping around my face. I am really sorry to leave bad feedback, I don't expect anything but thought you would want to know.
