Overall OK. However the hair wash was very quick (hardly 2 minutes!) and brusque, particularly the rinsing. My hair is thick and needs a bit more rinsing. It would have been nice to have had a bit more care and attention paid to it to make it more of a relaxing treat experience.

Lovely salon, I really like the decor. I was not impressed with my haircut, as the shaping is not level and has not been blended well. I noticed this when I got home and had a chance to look properly. I have asked friends and they can see that the shaping is not level. The girl cutting my hair was really nice and friendly but, sadly has not done a good job with the shaping around my face. I am really sorry to leave bad feedback, I don't expect anything but thought you would want to know.

Provided a pic and this wasn’t followed at all felt like the stylist did her own thing feel disappointed end style was MUCH shorted than I asked for

I left the salon in January during snow with my hair still soaking wet. It soaked through to my jumper. Not only this but my hair was left extremely frizzy- more so than usual. I was very happy with the cut and length but I felt rushed out of the salon with my hair no where near properly dried and no product to help control the unruly frizz. I’m not one to usually complain, and the service and workers were very lovely people. I was just quite upset that even as I was paying for my service, I could feel water running down my back from my soaking hair….
