Bearing in mind the Covid restrictions, the care and cleaning of the salon was impeccable and reassuring, the attentiveness of staff was very pleasant and helpful to a quite nervous customer on my first visit since restrictions in place. Many thanks

Really appreciate that my comment last time about the hair washing part of my visit which could have been more enjoyable (being vertically challenged) was noted and that there was a cushion waiting for me at the basin. Thank you very much. Jo was a delight as usual. I love the way she listens to my suggestions re. ‘A bit off here’ etc., and the end result is so pleasing.

I am not referring my family or friends as no-one lives locally - it is not a slight on the saloon! I don't have easy hair and I have been impressed by the way various stylists have dealt with it.
