Lydia was absolutely lovely and understood what I wanted exactly and was able to create her own unique twist to my idea. She checked the colour continuously to ensure we got to the exact colour we planned. She was lovely to talk to throughout the whole treatment and gave me the best advice for my newly coloured hair.
