I messed my appointment time up, arriving 2 hrs early! The wonderful team at Brothers fitted me in with a different hairdresser who made my messy and very dry mop look lovely. Thanks again for a lovely experience. Best wishes Tracy x

I was disappointed with my recent haircut. The stylist was friendly and courteous, but she didn’t seem experienced or confident, even though I have short, thick cropped hair—nothing particularly challenging. I explained and showed her how I usually like it styled, but she struggled to follow. The blow dry was rushed and unflattering, and I was genuinely surprised by how she chose to finish my hair. She also used thinning scissors, which didn’t seem necessary and left my hair looking uneven—suggesting a lack of proper technique. On top of that, the salon itself could really do with a clean. There was visible dust on the styling stations, and overall it felt quite tired and in need of attention. I left the salon feeling disappointed and won’t be returning.

Another brilliant haircut in a salon which could not be bettered: friendly staff, professional styling and such good fun. Never before in my life have I enjoyed a haircut more. I look forward to my next visit.
