I wasn’t welcomed properly. The therapist carried on chatting away and after I had waited a while she realised I needed to be sat down. my appointment started 10 mins late there was no apology. The wax was painful, my skin wasn’t stretched to make it less painful, I wasn’t warned of the difference in price for hot wax and so I was shocked at the price when it was time to pay. My last visit was also not great as I had paid for a facial and full body but the therapist finished too quickly and was just trying to make up the time.

I understand that training is required however feel more practice is needed and maybe more shadowing to watch how this is done prior to being left alone to do same treatment again. Happy to discuss my experience over the phone. I have been left marked and bruised now for a holiday which I travel on Saturday.

The experience itself was lovely - the girls in the salon are really welcoming. However, I had gel nails done for my holiday the next day. Just after I got off the plane and was sitting on the coach for my hotel transfer (so less than 24 hours later), I noticed that the colouring on one of my nails had chipped. I was really upset and disappointed, but not much I could do, as I was on holiday. Two days intoy holiday (so 3 days after I had my nails done), I broke a second nail. The break itself was not the girls fault, however, I do feel that it hadn't cured properly (die to chipping if my first one), so it did put a bit of a downer. Will it spoil my holiday (despite th now looking a bit messy)? No. Would I have liked my nails to have lasted longer than 1-3 days? Absolutely.

Deep cleans to be done on the beds, dust inside the acrylics. Worked with tanning companies for 4 years so can see when a bed has not been deep cleaned.
