Phone was answered quickly and politely. Advisor was certain to offer me a stylist I have had previously and offering me an alternative advisor to get me in at my preferred time. Felt very pampered during my visit and some great advice on the type of shampoo I need as I’ve been having a few issues with my hair. Nothing was pressured and I bought the advised shampoo will I fly as my stylist had used it on me during my visit so and made me cjbforse t it was an excellent product.

Have been visiting Watkins Wright, Boroughbridge for the past 4 years. Vicky is currently cutting and colouring my hair, and I am highly delighted with the results. Vicky is very patient and helpful. I always look forward to going into the salon as it has a lovely friendly feel to it. Janey has also done my nails in the past and again is very friendly and professional. Looking forward to my next visit.

I have been going to the Salon for 8 years and honestly can't fault anything about the serice I have received.
