Friendly staff, great experience. Listened fully to what I wanted and checked regularly that I was happy. Offered me a nice hot drink and called by name which made the whole experience really personable. Payment was quick and easy and overall great service. Will be back again!

I've always been very happy with the salon. My hairdresser knows how to cut my hair (which is thick and curly - not easy!) and she is friendly and happy to spend as long as necessary getting it right.

Anna cut my hair and did a great job as usual. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't great though... the salon itself was quite chilly and the girl who washed my hair(she had long dark hair) was really rough. She was extremely heavy-handed and even bumped my head quite hard with the shower and despite making me jump she didn't seem to notice let alone apologise. I understand that everyone has to learn, which is why I decided to comment today. Anna is so pleasant and professional and I am happy with my hair, but do just feel let down a bit by the overall experience today.
