I made my appointment by email as I don't live in U.K.and we over for a friends wedding . .They replied promptly with an appointment but the time was not suitable but was soon amended .i was greeted with a friendly helpful person who immediately put me at ease . I then discovered that I had not included a haircut in my final email but i was told that they would be happy to sort this out. My hairdresse was very kind and helpful suggesting ways to do my hair with the final result surpassing all my exoectations .thankyou so much for making my day .

Great advice and attention to what I wanted. The cut is just what I needed and the girl who blow dried my hair made a lovely job and clearly knew exactly what she was aiming to achieve. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my hair! Thank you.
