There was a mix-up with the online booking (which I made at the last minute)....it wasn't on their system due to teething problems. It wasn't an issue for them. They managed to squeeze me in, didn't send me away, and couldn't do enough to make sure I wasn't disappointed. Brilliant people, lovely salon!
