The service you guys offer and the staff you have are what keeps me coming back. The salon over all really needs to be looked at as it looks very tired and dated. The layout could be changed to optimize the small amount of space you have and some changes really need to be made to the toilet area. At my previous salon they made a real effort to think what little touches they could do that would improve the experience and that included the toilet - they had not much more space than you do but they always had scented candles a nice mirror and more importantly feminine sanitary items (complementary)such as intimate wipes for people to use to freshen up prior to a waxing as well as panty liners and tampax. I would think that that helps the staff too, if someone has rushed off the train round to the salon for a bikini wax then offering the ability to freshen up makes to job more pleasant for both staff and customer. The treatment rooms are in need of decoration and smartening up - they don't seem to me to be a place to relax - just very basic, clinical and the decor, in my opinion, makes them look somewhat grubby. I've not used you guys for anything other than waxing as I would not feel I'd had a relaxing experience. I still travel 50 miles to my old salon for facials and massages. There is some competition in Twickenham especially with the recent changes in management at the retreat in Church street - but with a little improvement in your facilities I am sure that your customers would be even happier - I would definitely feel more comfortable in recommending you to friends and family locally.
