Comment
All of my experiences have been really good in the past. Today I was booked in for the Express pedicure and for the first time I did not feel satisfied with my treatment. I felt that my treatment was rushed. After the polish was applied I stayed on the chair for a few minutes and also waited in my car for a further 10 minutes. I had to eventually put my shoes on to drive but my polish got ruined whilst driving home. Normally, I would be told to stay in the waiting room until the therapist checked the polish and made sure it was as dry. But today as it was nearing the end no of their working day I felt like I had a rushed treatment.
