I love going to be pampered at Battisti! The whole experience is a pleasure from start to finish! From the moment someone takes away my coat, offers me a drink and I sit down in the comfortable waiting area, I am in relaxation mode. The staff are so friendly and all greet me, asking how I am. Then the various treatments are carried out, with an excellent head massage with the conditioner! Nigel usually cuts my hair but some of the other staff complete my straightening or colour, on occasions. Nigel is charming and a great listener, as well as the best hair stylist, I have ever had cut and style my hair. I trust them all and just sit back while the magic happens! They are like family to me, except they look after me! People are always asking me where I have my hair cut etc. and I am delighted to recommend the professional and welcoming staff at Battisti.

Hi Guys, Sorry to have to reply but I was in with Shauna on Friday and no negative feedback on service and quality at all. Loved the new salon look also. One thing though was the charge for a half a head of foils and a trim, no blow dry.£100.00! I was so taken a back I forgot to even mention my £10.00 token I got sent as a Birthday from the salon. Maybe if you could break down thew price for me it would be appreciated. Again no qualms about anything else I have always been delighted to visit the salon over the years, just this one query.
