I juat wanted to say that when I wake up on the day I am due to have my cut/colour, I always feel excited. I know I'm going to be pampered and made to feel special from the start of my appointment to the finish. The staff are all lovely, coffee delicious and my hairdresser Florin always makes my hair look amazing. Never disappointed!
