I wouldn’t book with Shoni. She didn’t listen to what i asked her to do - she insisted on cutting my hair her way, despite me saying it’s not what i wanted. I also asked for some layers - when i looked at my hair afterwards i noticed that my right side layers and left side layers are completely different lengths to eachother. Aside from the layers, the overall length of my hair on both sides do not match. Extremely disappointed with the quality, ive spent so long trying to grow my hair only to get it ruined. Would not come again.

It would be helpful to know exactly what is meant by a "wet cut". I thought that meant having one's hair washed first. What I really wanted was a dry cut which wasn't advertised. I took the offer of having my hair straightened instead of wetted but it appears these cost the same. Dry cuts perhaps with a little water sprayed on first should cost less & many customers would prefer that in these difficult times.

Jade was able to accommodate my appointment even though the staff member I'd booked with was off, she was professional and knowledgeable. Great wash, cut a blow dry, really happy with the result will certainly book again.

My personal experience at this Salon has always been very pleasant. And all the staff are very professional and very friendly and make you feel so welcome. I would most definitely recommend them to friends and family 😀

Such a lovely welcoming salon. I have my hair highlighted & cut by Jade (the owner) and she does an amazing job. However, all the girls who work there are also excellent at what they do. I would highly recommend.
