Gutted. Didn't turn out how I wanted and when I said as much was told it didn't matter it would "wash out anyway". Colour is wrong and cut not even with bits sticking out of the bottom level. Most i have ever spent on my hair and was looking forward to a treat but met with indifference when I was quietly upset with the result. Will probably call the manager to complain but pretty sad that I have to spend Christmas like this and the girls although seemed nice weren't really bothered that I didn't like it and just took the money.

The new menu is very difficult to navigate. It suggests what all clients are blonde which makes me nervous to visit the salon as a brunette It’s a costly salon. A half head of highlights toner and blow dry is 170 pounds. This is without a cut. There are salons that don’t charge for drying your hair so I feel that’s it’s an added cost and tempted to just go home with wet hair!! A few of us at the gym use the salon but we’ve all said this new pricing has made us look elsewhere. Blow dry should be part of the cost and experience

I think having to pay for a blow dry in addition to the colour as it is no longer included makes it very expensive. I used to go to Toni and guy and stopped for this reason. If you are paying £155 for a hair colour I think it is reasonable to expect to leave the salon with blow dried hair without having to pay another £48. The bond treatment in the bleach should be an optional extra like it used to be with the olaplex. I understand it is already in the bleach now, as Nadia explained. I just feel the blow dry cost is excessive on top of an already costly colour. This has no reflection on my experience with Nadia today, she has done a great job on my hair and as always was lovely, friendly and professional.
