Not quite the relaxing experience I imagined. Therapist was eating sweets, phone rang during treatment and could hear clients in the hair salon.

Gutted. Didn't turn out how I wanted and when I said as much was told it didn't matter it would "wash out anyway". Colour is wrong and cut not even with bits sticking out of the bottom level. Most i have ever spent on my hair and was looking forward to a treat but met with indifference when I was quietly upset with the result. Will probably call the manager to complain but pretty sad that I have to spend Christmas like this and the girls although seemed nice weren't really bothered that I didn't like it and just took the money.

I had a great experience as always. Unfortunately the prices being increased again mean I can’t afford to visit as often as I’d like. It’s a shame the higher prices are going to mean you losing some of your client base.

Lovely headspa experience gifted by a friend, we opted for the double headspa. Ange and the rest of the Brhaive team were wonderful. It was a really relaxing experience and I’d 100% go back again and recommend it to anyone who is curious about trying a headspa! Ange was a brilliant headspa therapist. I even forgot my Apple Watch. I later received a voicemail from the girls contacting me that they’d kept it aside for me. This was super thoughtful and kind so thank you!! Was also offered a lovely hot drink during my visit. Only thing that would make it even better next time would be better sound proofing to the treatment room or a sign outside that says “Shhh- treatment in progress”, as I’m sensitive to sound and easily distracted and it was a little loud outside from conversations that could be heard.
