IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALL COLOUR CLIENTS MUST HAVE A SKIN TEST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT IF THEY HAVEN'T HAD THEIR HAIR COLOURED AT HAIRWORKS IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS! All colour appointments will require a £20 deposit.

I booked off the website as a new customer. Liked what I saw and was welcomed when I arrived. Very friendly and relaxing experience. Felt confident in Harriet's ability to mend my 'home cu't style, which she did without judging. Thank you, will come again.

The use of electronic media has made the booking and confirmation system sleeker and more efficient. Vouchers from time to time are also a great idea, for regular and new customers. The current level is good, but please don't increase it. The service and professional care are great, and the cups of teas/coffees plus a biscuit are a lovely touch.

I lovei it. Everyone is cheerful and caring and the whole experience is enjoyable and I always look better and feel better at the end and that is what it is all about.
