Always pleased with the service I receive at Austen Thomson. Very professional, warm and welcoming people. Austen is often seen teaching junior staff members. Just a great environment and excellent service.

The salon is lovely, airy, spacious and light. The atmosphere is really relaxing. Only quibble I have is that all the seating in the waiting area is too low for some of us. I've loved every haircut I've had there. The staff are all very skilful. They just keep getting better.

I've never had a bad experience when visiting Austen Thomson, and I'm very happy with the quality of service, and also the quality of hair cut! The first time I went was for the hair cut for my wedding, and now I'm a convert!
