This is such a friendly, happy environment which encourages you to relax and enjoy yourself from the start. Louise took a great deal of time finding out what I was wanting and telling me exactly what she intended to do so that I already knew I was getting a great cut before she begun! I love my hair, It is exactly what I had hoped for and sits perfectly. I will be returning!

Always a great experience, wonderful head massage, beautiful cut and feel wonderful after my visit. All staff make you feel so very welcome and professional advise is given with great care.

I have been having my hair done by Louise for as long as she has been styling hair, and would highly recommend her and Austen's salon. Their staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and now both my daughters have their hair done at Austen Thomson too!
