It's always a lovely experience, visiting Lauren at the salon. Always warm and generous service with great advice and styling. Every staff member there is professional and lovely. Can't recommend them enough!

The salon is lovely, airy, spacious and light. The atmosphere is really relaxing. Only quibble I have is that all the seating in the waiting area is too low for some of us. I've loved every haircut I've had there. The staff are all very skilful. They just keep getting better.

Blown away with the results this morning. Went in wanting a change but with all sorts of restrictions. Louise stepped up as usual and easily found a solution. Absolutely delighted. Little touches too, like footstool and cushion, much appreciated. Washing and head massage undertaken by new assistant and he was very careful and thorough. Head massage was fab! Can't recommend the salon highly enough.

As always my visit to Austen Thomson salon was very enjoyable. What is not to like about a smart environment where the staff are friendly and professional. I leave feeling good.
