As always it's a real treat to visit Austin's from beginning to end and over the past 15 years neither my daughter nor myself have ever been disappointed with Murray's skill and charm ! Christie was running late, so Marissa made sure I was well looked after and settled in with a drink. Young Leon is a lovely addition to the team - he made me very comfortable and gave a relaxing head massage and masque treatment. Christie worked her usual magic and I love the cut and volume she created. Can't wait for my new colour at the end of the month! :-) Great job as always, fab team, cool atmosphere, wonderful experience - you should pay them a visit.

A long term client of Louise's I finally plucked up the courage for a change of style. My thoughts were perfectly understood and executed by Louise and I came out feeling a million dollars as usual but with a new style. Absolutely delighted and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Austen Thomson Hair.

I love having my hair cut here! From the lovely tea pots and biscuits, to the head massages and lovely smelling products, the beautiful space (vaulted ceilings and enormous windows on three sides) and of course the great haircuts (I always have my hair cut by Christie and she's wonderful) - I highly recommend Austen Thomson Hair.
