Austen has been cutting, styling and colouring my hair for a few years now. He takes time to get to know what you're like and what would suit you. He is very accommodating when you want to try a new style and colour and always seems to steer you in the right direction. Everyone is very friendly and helpful here and it is always a lovely experience.
