Very friendly welcome and lovely stylish salon for the hairdresser experience. Freyer took on board my feedback from the last cut & blow dry and was very professional and attentive. I enjoyed the wash & massage and my hair cut was much better than the first one; I've now got the shape and length I wanted and am happy with the result. Salon is a great location for me, always warm in the winter which is important to me as I really feel the cold. Areas of improvement would be speed; ideally I would love to get a haircut in 45 mins all in if that's possible in the future. But I appreciate the time Freyer took to get it right for me ... hopefully it will speed up as she gets more used to me and my hair. Services like hairdressing are a journey for the customer and the hairdresser so you have to factor in the getting to know you stage.
