You are greeted by friendly, professional reception staff, then a lovely pot of tea followed by an amazing and relaxing head massage during your hair wash and that's all before a fantastic hair cut with knowledgeable and skilled hairdressers who nothing is a bother to them. A lovely, relaxing experience. Thank you.

I enjoy my visit to Austen Thomson Hair. I feel they value their customers and make you feel very welcome and comfortable within the salon. Austen has done my hair for quite some time and I am always pleased with the results. The staff take time to discuss what you would like and offer excellent advice if or when changes to colour or style are being made. I thoroughly enjoy my visit to Edinburgh to have my hair done.

Austen has been cutting my hair for 14 years, he is a total professional and has a very good way about him, he is honest and direct, best way for a hair dresser to be. 10/10 everytime
