Arrived with hair that had been poorly coloured at another salon. Austen Thompson team listened and then they corrected my colour. It was exactly what I’d been hoping for. The staff are charming. Big bright salon. Parking round about a little tricky but don’t let that put you off. The salon was recommended to me by a colleague and I too would recommend. I’ve booked a return appointment.

The salon is cool and the staff are super friendly! I was offered a much needed cuppa on arrival which was fab. My hairdresser was excellent and took the time to chat with me to understand my hair and the style that I wanted. I’m so pleased with the cut and I will definitely be back. My best first experience at a salon ever!

It was my first visit to the salon and I was impressed. I was made to feel very welcome and Lauren was fantastic - she took time to really understand my needs and I was really happy with my resulting cut and colour. I will definitely be back. Thank you for making my hair happy again Lauren!!
