I’ll be honest because i think it’s the only way we can learn. I’m always hesitant to use local salons as opposed to big chains because my hair can be difficult to handle. My hair is thick and curly but doesn’t look like that when it’s wet. Sadly my fears came true yesterday. I thought I’d paid for a top stylist but I ended up with the hairdresser who had just started and, as is often the case with my hair, it was cut too short when wet and didn’t take out enough of the weight. Once it had fully dried I felt a bit like a triangle. I didn’t have much confidence in my stylist and I won’t be returning I’m afraid.

I was welcomed into the salon. My hairdresser washed my hair, listened to how I wanted my hair cut. She cut my hair very well. Lovely girl too.

This was the first time I had my hair done there , unfortunately my stylist was late ( through no fault of her own ) she was lovely and couldn’t apologise enough. I still think the saloon was very relaxing . She did a good cut but as I was running late I didn’t feel I had the full pamper experience, So I’m looking forward to returning .
