Booked in for full head foils cut and blow dry, had foils but lady apparently not qualified to cut hair ( which I found out later) so she attempted a cut, no senior member of staff available, I was asked to come in next day when she could cut hair under supervision for same price as quoted, went back next day , poor reception by management, lovely lady tried to tidy up hair, got charged more money, and told blow dry was not included so had to leave salon with wet hair, have been going there for years but will never go again

Despite a very busy salon I was attended to promptly, was offered and enjoyed a coffee and received a gentle but thorough hair wash. Then of course I had the expertise of a most professional cut and blow dry.A very satisfied customer.

I have been going to Sophie at Andrew Clifford for some years now. She is excellent and is the only stylist I have been to who I feel comfortable with. The salon is friendly and professional and I have been attending far longer than anywhere else.
