I had a colour and cut. I usually have Jo, who knows exactly what I want, but Carrie Ann was very patient as I was unsure about my colour. I'm delighted with both the colour and trim. She really understood what I wanted. All the staff are fantastic hairdressers and really friendly. I look forward to going and having my hair done every time.
