I have recently moved to Collingham and this is the 2nd time I have visited the salon, every time I have been the staff have been friendly & welcoming. I have had James do my hair both times and he did a fantastic job, was chatty and offered lots of advice on how to maintain the condition of my hair. I have been that impressed with the level of the service I have now booked three sessions already for 2014 so will definitely be going back! Would highly recommend.

There is always a friendly atmosphere at your salon and Claire is an excellent stylist. The young trainee stylists always do a nice job when washing my hair and are always ready with a pleasant comment and friendly chat. It is obvious that a lot of effort is made to maintain high standards in all areas of the salon.

The staff at the salon are always very friendly and welcoming, as soon as you walk in they come to book you in and take your coat. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen by my stylist, who always shows interest in how my hair has been since my last visit or how I would like to change my hair. I am usually more than happy with the outcome of my hair, the relationship between myself + my stylist is very important to me, as I would have to feel confident in being truthfull if I was unhappy with the result of my hair before leaving the salon. I do feel confident that my stylist is acting in my best interests and not just there on a conveyor belt. The young apprentices there are always very busy, making sure you are comfortable, they are extremly nice young ladies always polite, friendly and respectful to all ages who visit the salon. All customers receive a discount card, after 5 visits a 25% discount applies, this is appreciated and not offered in every salon, although, depending on your requirements it can be costly as most other salons in affluent areas, saying that if I wasn't happy with the salon or my stylist I wouldn't go even if it was free.
