I was extremely disappointed with my haircut and experience at the salon. The haircut was lacklustre to say the least. The stylist took off a lot less that I asked and didn't really do much to give my hair any shape, even though that's what I asked for. She only spent about 10 minutes cutting my hair then left one of the junior members of staff to do the product application and styling which I thought was pretty ridiculous seeing as I was spending approx £80 to get a haircut from one of the senior staff members. Surely this should have been for the haircut and styling. I really can't see any difference between my hair now and my hair before the cut. The staff also took photos of my 'before' hair for the salon instagram account without actually asking me if I'd like to be on their instagram. I found this really rude as I didn't have any interest on being on their social media. I was also charged £5 for PPE even though I'd bought my own mask. A disposable mask was offered to me but no-one explained that I'd have to pay for this. I'm not quite sure how one disposable mask could cost £5 either. I actually left feeling pretty angry about the whole experience. It was a huge waste of money. I definitely will not be going back.
