This was my first visit to the salon & to Kingsclere. I felt welcome and in good hands, the salon is airy and larger than it seems from outside. It was a busy Saturday but everyone worked well as a team with smooth efficiency. Amy is an asset to Twist, she has cut my curly hair before & does a great job. Amy is a consummate professional and a lovely lady. Thank you.

I can’t rate Olive enough she’s so friendly and she always makes my hair absolutely amazing! It would be nice to get some smiles from people who are observing. The lady who washed my hair was lovely. She offered me a coffee but then it didn’t appear. This has happened to me on most of my visits where it gets forgotten about and I’m too busy chatting to ask again.

I have completed this survey on behalf of my 96 year old mother as I book and have the pleasure to bring her to her appointments. Coming to Twist is a real treat for her and everyone is so kind and patient given her mobility difficulties. Emily does her hair beautifully. My only suggestion is that it might be nice to have a slight discount for elderly clients - and she will kill me for saying that!!
