Second visit to Rachel Lamey Hair and Beauty yesterday for LCN infills and Gelish polish with Becky. The staff at the salon are very friendly,approachable and professional I have felt at ease in the relaxed atmosphere that they provide. As usual Becky did a great job I am really pleased with the result, see you in three weeks Becky at my next appointment.

There are (there are bound to be) beginnings of a routine side to my visits to Rachel's. I pop in every few weeks, buying just a modest service: trimming, then shaping (via wet-shaving) of my beard. But: there's a precious, relaxed (though always professional) warmth on the part of the RLHB team members - this I'm invariably, routinely met with - and it never fails to elevate the experience for me into 'anything but routine'. Always I leave with a spring in my step, feeling sure the experience amounted to food for my soul! I'd say to all of Rugeley and its surrounds: don't miss out on impeccable service, together with the warm company of the RLHB team members!

I have been attending Rachel Lamey Hair and Beauty for over a year now, always excellent service if it's to do with my hair, eyebrows or eyelashes! Wouldn't go to any other salon. Everyone's friendly, caring and exceptional at their jobs - making you feel at comfort and at ease letting them guide you with advise. The salon is always inviting, candles always lit and always tidy - no matter if your in for a short period for a treatment your always offered a drink with a smile, That being alcohol or soft drinks.

After a manic morning and being late for my appointment, it was lovely to walk into the Salon and have a coffee waiting for me. I had my Micoblading touch up with Rachel and again she has done an amazing job finishing creating eyebrows for me. It's so much more than a Salon you just have your hair cut at or a treatment, they want to get to know you and remember what you talk about, really making you feel like a friend not a customer.
