Second visit to Rachel Lamey Hair and Beauty yesterday for LCN infills and Gelish polish with Becky. The staff at the salon are very friendly,approachable and professional I have felt at ease in the relaxed atmosphere that they provide. As usual Becky did a great job I am really pleased with the result, see you in three weeks Becky at my next appointment.

There are (there are bound to be) beginnings of a routine side to my visits to Rachel's. I pop in every few weeks, buying just a modest service: trimming, then shaping (via wet-shaving) of my beard. But: there's a precious, relaxed (though always professional) warmth on the part of the RLHB team members - this I'm invariably, routinely met with - and it never fails to elevate the experience for me into 'anything but routine'. Always I leave with a spring in my step, feeling sure the experience amounted to food for my soul! I'd say to all of Rugeley and its surrounds: don't miss out on impeccable service, together with the warm company of the RLHB team members!

We had a bit of a mishap with bookings but we managed to arrange and sort a few things! I had my nails done beautifully and my eyebrows were perfect! Sorry for today but I’m very pleased with how it was dealt with! Thanks again rachel Lamey, 100% service as always! :) would recommend to everyone!

I've been meaning to visit this salon for ages and finally went on Friday. It's lovely inside, they do loads of different treatments as well as hair, and the staff were really friendly. Above all I was really pleased with my cut. Will definitely go again.

I always love going to Rachel Lamey's salon, every time I visit I feel welcomed by the lovely staff & the salon is so nice & relaxing. I would definitely recommend the salon to friends and family.
