Katie coloured my hair for the first time today and was excellent. She took the time with a colleague to work out what was best to attain what I wanted. She achieved exactly what I asked for and is so friendly and professional.

The confirmation email still indicates that Greenhill Parade is in Bristol. It isn't in Bristol. It is in Alveston, near Thornbury. I think the misunderstanding arises because Thornbury has a "BS" Bristol postcode when it is, in fact, in South Gloucestershire, and should have a "GL" postcode.
