Katie did a beautiful job taking my hair from dark blonde to creamy blonde. She checked everything with me at every stage and adapted to all requests to ensure everything was perfect. Katie is wonderful, so easy to chat to and made me feel confident in changing my mind or asking for things. Her expertise and friendliness made this an excellent experience. Thank you so much for your care and attention Katie!
