We cannot thank the team at Aspire Creative enough! We travelled from Scotland for a wedding and had no knowledge of salons around the area so I chose to contact them purely because of the posts I saw on their fb page. They were all so friendly and welcoming from the moment I made my first enquiry to the moment we left (I was even recommended a brilliant breakfast place across the road for in between appointments!) They were very accommodating and managed to fit in an extra person very last minute, and we were all completely thrilled with our hair and make up. We had so many compliments and everything stayed in place all day. If we are ever back in Matlock or nearby, we will definitely be back and I would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks again, from all of us up in Fife! X

First time I have had my hair cut for nearly a year, the whole team made me feel very welcome from the moment I walked through the door. Trainee Gracie did an amazing job of my hair, I didn’t really know what I wanted and was happy for her to decide how she wanted to cut it, all I asked was that it will be easy for me to do and that it suited me and left her too her to the ideas she had, she talked me through what she thought and asked if I would be happy with it, I said yes, go for it, before entering my hair was way past my shoulders so she cut a good 4 inches off. All I can say is she chose the perfect cut for me and I love it, once she is fully qualified and has her own client list, I am on there! Thank you so much Gracie and I look forward to seeing you and the team again soon.

After hating and struggling with my eyebrows all my life Faye did such a good job of rescuing them and giving me what I wanted!! She was also so easy to chat to and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Went for my daughters haircut and was very impressed with the salon. Beautifully decorated, classy and friendly staff. My daughter was made to feel pampered. She came out and said "I like that salon" which she does not say often! Will definitely be returning

I sometimes find hair salons quite intimidating, weird but true, and unless you’re one of the regulars, can be overlooked. I didn’t find this at all at Aspire. This was my first time using Aspire Creative and I was really impressed from the start. Ashley was fantastic over the phone and in person. Knowledgeable, really welcoming and so friendly. Tom was excellent, again in advising for the best colour for my hair and making sure I was happy throughout the appointment. I love my hair and shall be rebooking with Tom and the team again.
