This was my first time having my hair done at Aspire Creative. I was immediately greeted by Ashley who sat me down with Tom, who then worked on my hair. Tom was very candid and I appreciated his honesty regarding the condition of my hair (I have been previously going to another hairdresser who has over processed and bleached my hair too much to the point of excessive damage). Tom spoke to me about options and what he would/wouldn’t recommend so my hair can breathe and eventually go lighter when it’s condition has improved. From what I am used to previously, there was no rushing about and finishing my hair in rapid time. There was care and patience which was really nice to experience. All the staff were lovely to me, my hair feels better already and the team fully deserve their efforts being recognised with their 4 recent wins! I will be revisiting early next year excited to see the team again and work towards my goal of better hair x

My first time at the salon and I was not disappointed. Lily cut and finished my hair and I was very pleased with the result. She listened to what I wanted and kept me informed throughout. She was very professional and made me feel at ease. The couple that own the salon are chatty and bubbly which created a very welcoming and relaxed environment. I look forward to my next visit.

If you are looking for a professional salon that provides a very high standard of customer care from the minute you walk in, to when you leave, then this is it. Jamie is a wonderful stylist ( just check out the awards - Stylist of the year 2022 amongst many others) and he has the ability to make you look and feel better than when you walked in! He actually listens to what you want and translates that into something even better, and I am never anything other than very happy with what he does. Ashley is the person who greets you when you walk in - such a lovely warm welcome and he ensures that you are made to feel very comfortable. He is a complete professional and ensures that the service you get is consistent and reliable - it is clear that a lot of thought and hard work goes into making the customer feel important. I haven’t been going there very long but my experience has always been a really good one. They haven’t won awards for Best Salon Team, Best customer Experience 2022 and Best New Salon 2021 for nothing!! The whole team all seem to work towards the same goal and it shows.
