I have visited lots of times and usually really enjoy it. However on my last visit the therapist showed me to the room for my 90 min appointment and told me what to do...it was at least 10 mins before she came back as she was 'tied up on the phone' and then an hour later (1hr 10m after I arrived) she announced I was done and could take 5-10 mins to relax! This is the 1st time I have not felt adequately attended to and that my treatment did not feel like what was advertised. All that said I am booked back in again as I trust this was a one off :)

The treatments offered are superb and very competitively priced. The only thing that I would recommend to improve the service would be a welcoming smile by all of the staff and a complimentary drink whilst waiting for the therapist.
