Very well looked after - couldn't fault that. Loved the little massages and resfreshments served really nicely. The stylist was new to me and I had half highlights plus cut and blow dry. I was a little surprised i wasn't shown different shade samples and had more of a discussion about exactly what I wanted - it just felt a bit brief. I asked for more caramel shades but not shown any samples so had no idea which ones were being used. I did have a style in mind and showed her the photo which was a choppy mid-length style. The cut and finish was nice in the end but it didn't resemble the style in the photo. I asked for a good inch or so off the lenghth but the best part of 3 was taken - even my partner remarked it was short and he never usually notices! I can barely see much difference with the highlights and paid £121 so feel a bit short-changed. I have left my name because it might be helpful for you to know but I wouldn't want this information passed on as I am sure she did what she thought was right but I do wonder sometimes if hairdressers actually listen and understand what the customer is asking for.
