I have been a customer of Sloanes in Shaftesbury ever since it opened and continue to be delighted with the service. I look forward to my relaxing hour or so, certain the knowledge that I will be very pleased with the result. Claire looks after me and today Megan gave me a wonderful hand/arm, shoulder/neck massage.

I used Sloanes Shaftesbury for my and my Bridesmaids wedding hair/Make-up. I first visited for a trial Hair and makeup a month before,which went really well. We were greeted in a courteous manner and the salon felt really relaxed. The morning of the wedding Clare and Chantelle came to the Hotel ,on time, to do Hair and Makeup. We were all extremely pleased with the results!! Clare did a brilliant job. Our hair stayed in all day and throughout the evening. It was absolutely perfect just what I wanted. Chantelle did a perfect job with our makeup and I didn’t feel the foundation was to heavy like some can feel. I looked radiant They went out of there way to be helpful. I have since been back to the salon. for a restyle cut and blow dry I enjoyed a real pamper with a complimentary head massage and a lovely Beverage too. Loving my new look. Thank you Clare/Chantelle and team.I will defiantly use both Hair and Make-up services again I will be back. X

As soon as I entered Sloanes, Bryony my stylist was there to greet me. She listened and took note of my requests but also gave advice on the cut and how she would achieve the style I wanted. Before cutting my hair Bryony asked if I would like a shoulder massage. It was very relaxing and was appreciated after a busy morning. She took her time and gave me an excellent cut and finish. I was also given a complimentary hand massage, tea and cake. Fabulous service, I can recommend highly.
