Very disappointed on arriving at the salon to be told that I had to choose between a haircut with Roddy or highlights with Bryony when I had booked both appointments 6 weeks ago to give Bryony an opportunity for some training. She was told at 3.30 pm that she was required to do a blow dry by which time I had set off for the appointments from Sherborne. Whilst I appreciated having my hair cut with Roddy as usual, I had taken 2 hours out of my working day for nothing. I am a long standing client of Sloanes and did expect to be treated as such rather than as Bryony's mother who would be prepared to fit in with the situation in the salon. To be honest it would be simpler in future to go more local to work. Regards Jackie Watson
