I have been going to this salon since March 2012 and have used one stylist who I'm pretty pleased with. It is a decent salon based in the heart of Catford which offers top quality products at reasonable prices. The prices reflect the results. I'm prepared to pay in order to know my hair is getting the proper treatment it deserves. The salon gives great offers in order to retain customer loyalty which is a great benefit and something other salons in the area lack. Some of the staff on occasion do not always seem approachable and there are certain areas within the salon that could do with a bit of fixing up in order to maintain that fresh modern, high-end look. Perhaps it would be nice to be offered tea/coffee and a sealed biscuit on every visit! I think this salon could really become great with a few tweaks and the ladies of Catford could leave feeling extra special and raving about Neo Uno. Like said before I am always pleased with the results. I would say try them and give this salon the support it needs to grow!
