Not enough face massage during the facial. I felt the steam was not needed, waste of time in the facial as no extraction takes place after the steaming. Very minimal massage on the face as this should be the main part of the facial.

Was disappointed that a discovery facial was a cleanse tone and moisturise I thought this would include the neck and shoulders and a face mask so did seem a lot of money to pay to have my face washed

I have had many pedicures in different salons over the years and I was disappointed with my treatment today, my heels still have a lot of hard, cracked skin and I felt that things were done in a peculiar order, for example the therapist applied the moisturiser at the end of the treatment after my nails had been painted and the moisturiser was only applied there was no form of massage. I appreciate this is a training salon but was expecting more. .

The salon is great but I don’t think it takes in to account the cultures of its customers especially those women who cover and would like privacy during a cut. This would make it more accessible to a larger audience. I don’t think religious needs were taken in to account which does not make it inclusive and less likely to recommend to ladies who cover.

Whilst having my massage I could hear the radio & people talking in the hair salon as the massage room is in the hair salon It would benefit from getting a better door that could keep the sound from the salon down The room was a bit cold, a heated bed would be a good call! My massage was lovely & I came with 2 friends, all of us first time clients, and we will book again
