Since I was due to have a haircut this Thursday, the first day of the new lockdown, so I was very impressed to receive a call from Mia at Pure Hair on Sunday afternoon in order to re-arrange my appointment with Kristina yesterday evening. Full marks for initiative and customer service!

My experience as a Pure Hair customer is excellent. The staff are friendly and professional. The environment is stylish and clean. Pure Hair have put excellent safety measures in place that shows that they take protection of the staff and customers seriously. The staff are happy to give you lots of advice of hair care and of course I love my hair when I leave the salon. I would highly recommend Pure Hair.

As always a great service and felt very at easy in this COVID times, lots of measures in place. Great results and helped me embrace the natural grey.
