Worst haircut ive ever had. Not at all what i asked for. MUCH shorter than i wanted, looks terrible and also uneven. Been coming regulary for a year. Will not retun. Tried ut with a hairband. Luckily will just about tie back so will have to do that til it grows out. Ill be so embaressed over Christmas to see people. Really cross i wasnt listened to.

I enjoy going to Pure Hair who look after my needs admirably. My hairdresser is very attentive and listens to my concerns with great care. I like to think we are building up a good relationship. I cannot refer to family and friends as they all live far away. Our new friends, I think might possibly not want to travel as far as we do to get their hair done which is why the response to that answer is so low.

The appointment was rather slow at times with fairly long waits between processes.

Great service , very pleased with my cut , just a shame I had to rate value for money so low as to the £6 (from £15 to £21 in one go !) price raise from the last time I came . Sadly may have to look elsewhere for cheaper cut .

Love my haircut. Trust the advice I’ve been given about colour. Lovely gentle wash, very relaxing.
