Really happy with cut & colour once again. Whilst it is lovely that staff can bring their animals to work today I felt it reduced my customer experience. To have a small puppy barking and crying whilst you are indulging in a few hours of pampering was somewhat off putting. Hopefully as George grows up and gets used to salon life this will improve but I hope you won’t mind me commenting on how it impacted on my overall environment experience today.

Disappointed that I was charged £27 for my daughters hair cut when she just had a dry cut without a wash or a blow dry. I queried the price when I paid but was told that’s how much it was. I’ve checked online and it does state that it’s £27 for a wash cut and blow dry. I have no problem in paying the price if that is the service we received but it wasn’t. The haircut was great and we love coming to this salon but on this occasion I walked away feeling very dissatisfied.

Staff on the whole appeared more professional on this visit. Dressed well and portraying a stylish appearance to suit the salon's ethos. As a client I want to be inspired by the staffs style, of course their hair is most important part but clothes make up etc also part of the experience. I feel I should want to dress well to come in to the salon and leave looking my best having had a fabulous cut/colour. Do not want to see ripped jeans and dull t-shirts!

Salon is ready for a refurb but had a very relaxed afternoon with plenty of laughs and delighted with my cut and colour as always.

Looking forward to the refresh of salon. Will add value to salon environment and comfort. Felt the price of a root colour was a little too high but am hopeful that quality of new products will prove their value. The emphasis on customer experience has returned and having not been in for a while my confidence in salon and desire to return has been restored. Many thanks
