I found making conversation with the stylist hard work. All I got back was a yeah or one word, no effort to make further conversation at all so I gave up and sat in silence. My hair is straight past shoulders, brown and a fringe. Suggestions at the beginning on colouring hair was given to then be told but I can't do that I haven't got time... Oh OK ill just have it coloured plain brown then. Was told to have a treatment on hair as it was a bit dry, which took a couple of squirts of something after washing and then sat for ten mins. Wasn't told the cost of this but was shocked at the till expecting my bill to be about £74 as usual but it was £106! Expensive squirts of some sort of conditioner! My hair wasn't cut or styled only just had 1cm off the ends. I did suggest perhaps something a bit different maybe layers to be told I haven't got time for that. So I just had ends trimmed. My fringe was cut. Asked where I want my fringe I said on my eyebrows as usual to which it was cut an inch up from my eyebrows, not cut straight with the middle bit higher than the rest. Looks hideous. Needless to say I won't be booking this senior stylist again although perhaps she was having an off day.

I paid for a cut but all I had was the back of my hair trimmed and my fringe was not happy, shame as I have recommended this salon to my friends.

We have had very good experiences before at this salon, and to be fair some of the hairdressers were lovely and took time over their job and were friendly. Sadly, the hairdresser that I had was quite rude and rushed my hair. She only really had negative comments to make and washed my hair quickly, dried it quickly spent 5 mins cutting it - I don't think this was worth the money at all and it was very disappointing. This is a shame as we had had good experiences before. We will not be going back.
