Second time I've had my hair washed by a junior. Feel she requires a little more training as shampoo not rinsed, she's very cautious in her approach and does not have same professionalism yet as other staff members. Prefer the original approach where whole process is seen through by one staff member.

As always I've just enjoyed my visit , made to feel extremely welcome and love having a catch up with my stylist Rachel, how she remembers what is going on in all her clients lives just amazes me , just helps to make each visit special and enjoyable . No problem in recommending this salon to anyone who asks .

I changed to Steven and Laurent about four months ago after a friend recommended them and I had a chat with them and booked an appointment with jo who is amazing with curly hair. It was the best decision ever Jo is amazing and she makes you feel comfortable as well as having the knowledge and experience to know what she's doing. Finally I feel pampered and confident about my hair again. Also I love the products jo uses they are amazing. I told my daughter lucy to try Jo and lucy also loves Steven and Laurent too! Two happy customers:) thank you!
