Looking forward to the refresh of salon. Will add value to salon environment and comfort. Felt the price of a root colour was a little too high but am hopeful that quality of new products will prove their value. The emphasis on customer experience has returned and having not been in for a while my confidence in salon and desire to return has been restored. Many thanks

Salon is ready for a refurb but had a very relaxed afternoon with plenty of laughs and delighted with my cut and colour as always.
